Gillies Hospital is a private surgical hospital that is a joint venture between Surgical Group Ltd (a group of specialist surgeons) and Southern Cross Hospitals Ltd. There has been a private hospital on this site, 160 Gillies Ave Epsom, since 1943.

The hospital has  been redeveloped to provide purpose built day stay facilities and the inpatient accommodation has also been upgraded. Sixteen inpatient beds are provided.

The hospital has been designed for a wide range of specialist surgery with a focus on short stay procedures.

A car park is located to the left of the hospital as you enter off Gillies Ave.
