About The Trust
Since 1983 The Phobic Trust has been creating awareness of the serious nature of anxiety disorders and developing services to help anxiety sufferers. Services provided by the Trust include consumer-advocacy work, structured therapeutic group workshops, the training of health professionals, provision of educational resources on anxiety disorders, a 24-hour, nationwide Helpline and support groups for sufferers and their family members.
