Tumai mo te Iwi Branch - Compass Primary Healthcare Network

The vision of Tumai mo te Iwi is ˜Kei te tino Hauora mo te Iwi I roto I tenei takiwa, the best health for all people in our area". Our purpose is to promote the health of individuals, whanau/families and all the communities of Porirua, Tawa and Linden populations through the provision of comprehensive, quality primary healthcare, and through working with other healthcare providers to enhance the integration of other levels of healthcare and initiatives related to health outcomes and living well.

Across the 10 medical practices and our community, Tumai services provide primary healthcare, health and wellbeing advocacy, community health and wellness programmes for youth, men, women and elderly, school based clinics, transport, interpreters, weekly exercise classes, mobile nursing, mental health support and self management programmes and care to 45,558 people.
