Capital & Coast DHB Acute Allied Health provides the following services:
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Dietitians
- Social Work
- Speech-Language Therapy
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Physiotherapy staff provide weekend and 24 hour on-call services to some admitted hospital patients.
Occupational Therapy staff provide Saturday services to some admitted hospital patients and provide on-call services for the Medical Assessment and Planning Unit (MAPU) on Sundays.
Social Workers provide services to the Medical Admission and Planning Unit on Saturdays.
Dietitians provide on-call services at the weekend.
