We have had two workshops for each workstream, with over 90 participants, and have identified over 20 big ideas to improve integrated care in our district.
All the participants will be meeting shortly to hear about how we have focused on the ideas that will bring us the most benefit for our services and our patients. We plan to have our workplan available for everyone in December and at this point work will have already begun on the priority areas and in the quality improvement component of each workstream.
