Matariki is open from 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (Phone lines are answered from 8.00am - 5.00pm).
Outside of these hours, calls to Matariki will be diverted to an after hours clinician who will put you in touch with the crisis staff if necessary.
Description
At Matariki, we aim to provide culturally sensitive, accessible and quality mental health assessment and treatment for people aged 18 to 64 years of age who reside in Otahuhu, Otara, Mangere and Papatoetoe South, and who are experiencing a serious mental health problem. Please note: Matariki is the new location for the above services. They all moved in July 2011 from 'The Cottage' iocation which no longer exits. Please see the address and map above for details.

There are no refreshment facilities available on site.
Matariki is located within the Otahuhu CBD where food & takeaway bars are accessible within a short walking distance from the facility.
