Cardiac Rehabilitation
For Medical Patients (MI, angina, heart failure)
Phase II Cardiac Education at 100 St Andrews Road, Epsom. Seven sessions, every Tuesday 1.30pm - 2.30pm.
Course content: exercise for heart health and future, risk factors for heart disease, emotional impact and stress management following a cardiac event. Also understanding medications, healthy eating, and meet and question the cardiologist.

For Surgical Patients (post CABG and valve surgery)
Phase II Cardiac Education at Ward 42, Auckland City Hospital, Park Road, Grafton. Seven sessions, every Monday (except public holidays) 12.30pm - 1.45pm.
Course content: exercise for heart health and future, risk factors for heart disease, emotional impact and stress management following a cardiac event. Also understanding medications, healthy eating and meet and question the cardiologist.

Evening Programmes
Usually held on 2 consecutive Monday evenings 3-4 times a year. This programme is specifically designed for patients and family who are unable to attend the day programmes due to work and family commitments.
