Community
This service is provided to clients of any age who are unable to access outpatient services or whose needs would be more appropriately met in the home. Priority is given to those clients who are at risk of deterioration without physiotherapy intervention e.g. respiratory needs, falls risk, post surgery, and whose independence can be improved.
