iTmedical is an Enviromedix practice established and run by Dr David Black. iTmedical began at Gillies Clinic adjacent to Gillies Hospital in 2001, joined the University of Auckland's Occupational Health Unit at Tamaki Campus for 3 years and returned to Epsom with the establishment of Auckland Medical Specialists in 2007. Enviromedix, the New Zealand Institute of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, was founded in Royal Oak, Auckland in 1996. Dr Black was the founding President of Enviromedix until moving to the University of Auckland as Senior Lecturer in Occupational Medicine and opening the iTmedical practice in 2001.
