Consultations are by appointment, our standard consultation time is 10 minutes.

Monday to Thursday (excluding Public Holidays), there are “Urgent Clinics” at 8 am, 12 midday and 4.30 pm. when a doctor is available to see our acutely unwell patients. Urgent Clinics on Fridays are at 8 a.m., 12 midday and 4 p.m. We ask that you make an appointment with your own GP for routine matters, as the “Urgent Clinics” are for brief consultations, for those requiring urgent care.
The following doctors are generally available at these times:
Monday: Doctors McAllister, Borthwick, Reyneke and Kaye.
Tuesday: Doctors McAllister, Nola, Borthwick and Reyneke.
Wednesday: Doctors McAllister, Borthwick, Kaye and McLaren. Morning only: Dr Reyneke.
Thursday: Doctors McAllister, Reyneke and Kaye. Morning only: Dr Borthwick.
Friday: Doctors Nola, Reyneke and Kaye. Morning only: Dr Borthwick.
Dr Nola and Dr Kaye share the care of those patients previously looked after by Dr Nola. Dr Gina Kaye cares for Dr McAllister's patients each Friday.
AFTER HOURS
When the Practice is closed our main phone line (09) 827 4075 is diverted to HML and a registered nurse can give advice about care or advise about after hours services. Alternatively, phone Healthline on 0800 611 116 (a Ministry of Health service)
In an emergency please call 111 - ask for AMBULANCE
The Westcare/White Cross Accident & Medical Clinics are at Great North Rd, Avondale, next to St Mary’s School, (usually 8.30 am - 10 pm daily), and at 131 Lincoln Road, Henderson (24 hours).

Adults aged 18 years and older: $17.00
Fees may be discounted in some circumstances.
NZ Citizens not enrolled with the Practice
Children under 6 years: FREE
Children 6 - 17 years: $40
Adults aged 18 years and older: $60
Non-NZ citizens (those not entitled to NZ Health benefits) $65
Community Service Card Holders
Patients not enrolled with the Practice:
Children under 6 years: FREE
Children 6 - 17 years: $35
Adults aged 18 years and older: $45

We require that you pay your account at the time of the consultation.
Please note that additional charges will apply if payment is not received on the day of consultation:
- $5 deferred fee - this is a non-recoverable administration charge;
- $15 account processing fee: The fee covers the administration of our debtors ledger and will be added to your outstanding account.
Outstanding debts are placed with a debt collection agency - a $15 fee is applied when the request for debt recovery is made.
