Well Child/Tamariki Ora Health Checks - B4 School Check

This is the eighth and final Well Child check offered to all New Zealand children between the ages of 4-6 weeks and five years. It is an opportunity to identify and address any health or development problems that might prevent a child from doing well at school. The check includes assessments of the child’s hearing, eyesight, teeth, height, weight, behaviour and development. More information about this health check is available on the
