Dr Leonie Russell and Dr Cassie Granek are taking on new patients. Dr Matt Schoobnee and Dr Elizabeth Jelleyman's books are closed.

Dr Leonie  has been working at Alberton Medical for nearly 15 years.  A Cantabrian originally, she completed her medical degree in 1991 (Otago) and has lived in Auckland since the turn of the century and raised 2 children here. She has worked in  Australia , the UK , South Auckland and Mt Eden prior to Alberton (and enjoyed electives in central Australia and Papua New Guinea) and has post graduate qualifications  in child health (Diploma of Child Health , London) and gynaecology (Diploma of Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology , Auckland ).
She is a fellow of the College of GP's , having completed GP specialisation training in 2006. She enjoys the wide variety of general practice and meeting people from all walks of life.

Dr Cassie hails from Melbourne, having graduated Monash University MBBS 2005.  She moved to NZ in 2008 and has called Auckland her home since. She has previously worked in rural NZ, outback Australia, but mainly has worked as a GP in west and now central Auckland. In her free time she enjoys cycling (you might see her biking to work), gardening and tramping with her two primary school aged kids. She takes an interest in women's and children's health, Pacific health and really enjoys treating multigenerational families.
