The CIRRIE Database of International Rehabilitation Research currently contains over 145,000 citations of international rehabilitation research published between 1990 and the present.  see also the International Encyclopedia of Rehabilitation

OTCATs : Occupational Therapy Critically Appraised Topics
Provides access to the full text critically appraised topics (or CATs) relating to Occupational Therapy.

OTSeeker – Occupational therapy database -  
Contains abstracts of systematic reviews and randomised controlled trials relevant to occupational therapy

PEDRO – Physiotherapy evidence database - Physiotherapy Evidence Database. PEDro is a free database of over 15,000 randomised trials, systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines in physiotherapy

PsychBite
PsycBITE is a database that catalogues studies of cognitive, behavioural and other treatments for psychological problems and issues occurring as a consequence of acquired brain impairment (ABI). These studies are rated for their methodological quality, evaluating various aspects of scientific rigour.  The website gives clinicians, students and researchers free access to the PsycBITE database, thus enabling you to search for articles which might be relevant for your clinical practice or your research in a time-efficient way.

REHABDATA
REHABDATA, produced by the National Rehabilitation Information Center, is the leading literature database on disability and rehabilitation. The database describes over 80,000 documents covering physical, mental, and psychiatric disabilities, independent living, vocational rehabilitation, special education, assistive technology, law, employment, and other issues as they relate to people with disabilities. The collection spans 1956 to the present.

SpeechBITE: Speech Pathology Database for Best Interventions and Treatment Efficacy
Provides open access to a catalogue of Best Interventions and Treatment Efficacy across the scope of Speech Pathology practice. It is an evidence based practice initiative between the University of Sydney and Speech Pathology Australia.
