Profile

Guo completed his dental degree (BDS) from Otago in 2002 and worked as a dental house surgeon before joining Dental Solutions in 2005. He later returned to Otago to commence specialist training in Special Needs Dentistry and successfully completed his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in 2011.

Guo currently holds a part-time consultant position at Greenlane and Middlemore Oral Health Units. He practises the full scope of general and special care dentistry. Guo is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Special Needs Dentistry and the New Zealand Dental Association.

Guo is married with two young children, Noah and Adelle.

Interests

Guo has a special interest in delivering comprehensive oral health care to medically compromised patients, and in particular the oral health of older people.
