Waitemata DHB Bowel Screening

Our coordination centre can answer your call between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Description

Men and women aged 50 to 74 years who live in the Waitemata District Health Board area are being invited to take part in a FREE bowel screening programme to check for early signs of bowel cancer. This programme is a four-year pilot to test whether bowel screening should be introduced throughout New Zealand.
