Description

Intensive Community Team (ICT)

  This service provides assertive community outreach to clients identified as at high risk, primarily due to reluctance to engage in mental health treatment. The majority of clients were previously high users of adult mental health services. This is a regional service, based at the following locations:

Referral Expectations

Clients are referred to the Intensive Community Team from other mental health services, whether forensic, inpatient or local Community Mental Health & Addiction Teams.
