About the Service
The AIRS team offers:
 

• Community support for patients whose main health issue is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). 
• Ongoing home support and education for people discharged from hospital using short term oxygen therapy.
• Home assessment and support for patients who have had multiple COPD admissions to hospital in the past.
• Other respiratory patients will be considered on an individual basis.
