Referral Process

Te Whatu Ora funds WISH to provide residential support services for ten adults. Our people are assessed by needs assessment service coordinators (NASCs) from the Taylor Centre who offer community mental health services within the Auckland region.

To gain a referral to WISH, applicants need to consult their key support worker for an assessment. The key worker is responsible for liaising with the Taylor Centre Regional Coordinator about any aspect of the referral process. All paperwork needs to be completed by the key worker in the first instance.
