Prescription Collection Depot

We are a pickup point for your prescription medicines, however we offer a range of normal pharmacy products at this location.

• Please note: We have staff members on site that can help you at any time and offer assistance however there is no pharmacist at this location. You may be connected by phone to Unichem Ilam Healthworks Pharmacy for help with your prescription. (03) 351 8633

How to use this Depot:

• Send your prescriptions to: rx@healthworks.co.nz
• Your prescription will be processed by Unichem Ilam Healthworks Pharmacy
• If you have questions about your prescription or pickup, contact  Unichem Ilam Healthworks Pharmacy

Medicine Delivery Schedule to this Depot:

• Weekdays: Medicines are delivered daily in the morning
• You can only pick up your medicine after it has been delivered. If you arrive before the delivery, your medicine may not be ready yet

Helpful Tips:

• Make sure your prescription is sent to the correct prescription email address
• Wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your medicine
