At Cardrona we offer a home for those who are needing a greater level of care than they can cope with out in the community, companionship and understanding. Our help and support ranges from activities of daily living to complex medical needs to those living with dementia.

Our main focus is the elderly but increasingly we are seeing a need for a residential environment suitable for a broader range of people and we are flexible and can provide this on a long or short term basis to help people who may be younger but living with high daily needs, those recovering from a hospital stay, end stage palliative care or simply to give their full time carer a break. 

Cardrona has 37 rest home and hospital beds and our philosophy is to create a home like environment where our residents and their family can feel comfortable and relaxed. As we are a small home we get to know everyone well and this enables us to provide quality care.  Each resident has individual needs and we work with you to provide the care that is needed.

Our work place has a fun and supportive environment which is great for staff and residents alike. There are several lounges and sun rooms where residents can entertain family, participate in group activities or just head up for a quiet snooze in the big comfy chairs.
