Philosophy of care: I'm passionate about keeping birth as natural as possible and providing good care to women and their families.

Back up midwife: all the team back each other up at Birthrite Midwives.

Birth facilities attended: home birthing, Papakura Primary Birthing Unit and Middlemore Hospital. If appropriate, I offer water birthing.

General bio: I've been working as a midwife at Middlemore Hospital and Papakura Birthing Unit for the last 3 years, and I also spent 3 months working in Australia earlier this year. If you require specialist input I would work alongside the obstetricians at Middlemore Hospital to work out the best care plan for you.  I work with 3 other fantastic midwives who provide back-up when I'm unavailable.
