I'm a physiotherapist and senior registered hand therapist with over 10 years of hand therapy experience.

After graduating from AUT in 2010 I went on to work at some of Sydney’s leading hospitals prior to returning to NZ shores, completing my Post Graduate Certificate and becoming a Registered Hand Therapist. I gained extensive experience in leading NZ hand therapy clinics.

I am passionate about understanding your unique story to help you get back to doing what you love, all with a touch of fun, kindness and the odd joke.

I'm all about really listening, making the healing process comfortable and enjoyable, and I love a good chat. Let's make this journey back to your best self an enjoyable one!

Beyond the clinic, you'll find me embracing an active lifestyle—chasing after my three kids, fueled by the love of good coffee, and soaking in the North Shore life.
