BHSc (Physiotherapy)

I graduated from AUT University in 2007 and have worked in musculoskeletal private practice since then.  I’ve worked with rugby union teams for four years in Auckland and was the physio for the New Zealand Women's U18 Ice Hockey Team 2020/21. I have a 2nd Dan black belt in karate, and have done lots of road cycling including working with an elite men's and women's road cycling teams for two years, so I have a good understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and return to work protocols.

My passion is helping patients understand what the underlying cause of their injury is and working together to find the best outcome for each individual.  I love working to correct postural imbalances.  I like to have a student each year to help give back to the university I trained at and the new physio talent coming through.

I ride a motorcycle and love gardening and knitting. I have lots of fur babies including a pug called Otto.
