Abby Dwyer (née Johnson): Audiologist MNZAS, Director
Abby is an experienced clinical audiologist and obtained her Master of Audiology from the University of Canterbury in 2016 and Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from the New Zealand Audiological Society in 2018. She works with both adults and children and is an expert at microsuction. She opened Hobsonville Hearing in 2021. Abby is not currently available for appointments.
Vina Centeno: Audiologist MNZAS
Vina is an experienced and fully qualified audiologist, who first graduated 11 years ago in the Philippines. She works with both adults and children. Vina joined Hobsonville Hearing in January 2025.
Mei obtained her Master of Audiology degree with First Class Honours at the University of Auckland in 2012 and has over a decade of experience in audiology. She works with both adults and children and joined the Hobsonville Hearing team in March 2025.
From March 2026, Mei will be taking maternity leave for an indefinite period while she welcomes and spends time with her growing family. During this time, Vina Centeno and Abby Dwyer will continue providing care for Mei’s clients, ensuring the same personalised service and high standard of care that you have come to expect from the Hobsonville Hearing team.
Savanna Stone-Michaels: Practice Manager
Savanna manages all phone calls and email enquiries and ensures the smooth running of the clinic.
