I am a New Zealand registered dietitian with over 30 years' experience working as a clinical dietitian in South Africa, UK and and now NZ. In this time my work has been divided fairly evenly between clinical work in a hospital and as private practicing dietitian.
My special interests include gut health, womans health, bariatric nutrition and diabetes. I work with a Health at Every Size lens, am trauma trained and have experience in disordered eating.
My mission is to cut out the nonsense that surrounds food and diet and to help my patients interpret the minefield of modern misinformation to allow them to enjoy the food they love.
I am available for in-person consultations in Blenheim or online via Zoom or phone.
