Welcome to FRAME Osteopathy where our mission is to empower our clients to achieve optimal physical health and wellbeing. We believe that a healthy body is one that is balanced, flexible, and free of pain, and we strive to help our clients achieve this through personalised treatments that address the root cause of their discomfort.

We utilise a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, providing our clients with the highest quality care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Julia Carlé: Osteopath; Founder and Director of FRAME Osteopathy
Julia  is an experienced OCNZ and ACC registered osteopath with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of her patients. She has a special interest in women's health, particularly post breast cancer treatment.

Susanna Collins: Osteopath
Susanna is a NZ registered osteopath and ACC treatment provider with extensive postgraduate training in visceral osteopathy. She has a particular interest in pelvic pain, headaches, paediatrics, pregnancy and post-partum care, as well as the treatment and management of hypermobility/EDS.

Olivia Tamanui-Yaxley: Osteopath
Olivia is a NZ registered osteopath and ACC treatment provider dedicated to delivering culturally responsive healthcare for whānau in their takiwa. She has a special interest in supporting Mama and Pepi, promoting health and wellbeing through holistic care.

Neil Allardyce: Osteopath & Acupuncturist
Neil is a NZ registered osteopath and ACC treatment provider with a broad skill set, using both gentle and traditional techniques to meet the diverse needs of his patients. His approach includes cranial osteopathy, visceral techniques, and acupuncture, and he has a particular interest in sporting injuries.
