I graduated from AUT in 2017 and have subsequently specialized in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. With a big focus on sports injuries (both rehab and prevention) I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible athletes within Triathlon NZ, Squash NZ and Canoe Slalom NZ, including Hayden Wilde (that’s my claim to fame).
Although my one true love lies with sports physio, I have worked in Australia in aged care and rural clinics with patients who require pre and post-surgery treatments and injury prevention.
When it comes to treating my patients I believe in teamwork. I want to work with the patient to get the best possible outcome that allows them to feel safe, happy and healthier with the plan we create together.
