The PhysioFIRST team comprises registered New Zealand physiotherapists with over 60 years of combined experience who are committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development, ensuring that each patient receives the most effective and up-to-date care.
PhysioFIRST offers a wide range of services to support your recovery and wellbeing including:
- Physiotherapy: assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, post-operative recovery, and more.
- Hand Therapy: specialised care for upper extremity conditions, including scar and wound management, splinting, functional retraining, and joint mobilisations.
- Workplace Services: ergonomic assessments and training to promote safe working practices and prevent injuries.
- Products & Equipment: a selection of physiotherapy products and equipment to aid in your recovery.

Private Hand Therapy
- Initial Assessment: $130
- Follow up: $65
Private Physio
- Adult: $100
- Student: $50
Private Podiatry
- Per visit: $70
Community Services Card (ACC)
- Initial Assessment: $25
- Follow up: $20
Extra charges may be incurred for materials and/or if more time is required.
There is a $30 charge for no shows or late cancellations. This fee can be waived if you give us a 4 hours notice in advance that you cannot make the appointment.
