Philosophy of care: I believe that being a midwife is the most humbling profession in which I can facilitate the miracle of birth. I endeavour to provide my women with safe and trusting care as well as facilitate a woman's active involvement in her care plan.

Back up midwife: all the team back each other up at Auckland Maternity Care.

General bio: Hi, I am Anna-Leigh. I am a mother of two beautiful girls and I would like to extend a big congratulations on your pregnancy. I would love to care for you and your family through what may be the most special time in your life.

I have been working at Auckland Hospital since 2010 moving between delivery unit and the high risk ward. This has provided me with an ability to recognise and promptly refer women in need of specialist involvement, keeping you and your baby safe.
