Counties Manukau Health Adult Rehabilitation & Health of Older People (ARHOP)
Adult Rehabilitation & Health of Older People (ARHOP) incorporates services that do not require the resources of a general Hospital (Acute Secondary), but are generally not provided by the Primary Care team.
We provide expertise in the areas of interdisciplinary rehabilitation, long term care and support services via an integrated and continuum of care approach.
The goal of ARHOP is to turn the Counties Manukau Health vision into a reality, by delivering the right care, in the right amount, at the right time, and in the right setting.
