Harbour Hospice is a local charity for the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and Warkworth Wellsford communities. We provide compassionate, specialist care to people who are dying, while supporting their families, whānau and carers. Anyone living with a life-limiting condition such as heart failure, motor-neurone disease, multiple sclerosis (MS) or cancer may benefit from Hospice care.
Our care teams - nurses, doctors and family support - work alongside GPs, hospital teams, district nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide you with specialist health and social care, either in your home, or in our inpatient units at Whangaparoa and Takapuna.
Hospice services are provided free of charge to patients and their families. We will do our very best to look after you, and your family, whānau, in every possible way. We hope you find what you need to know about Harbour Hospice.
