Denise is an ACC-registered Rongoā Māori practitioner, based in Rotorua and Pāpāmoa.

Denise offers a natural, integrated approach to well-being, combining traditional and modern healing practices. She is a registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, trained by several respected healers from an early age.

Her offerings include Mirimiri bodywork and massage to support balance, relaxation, and deep healing. Denise also provides practitioner-grade herbal and nutritional medicine, traditional poulticing, lymphatic drainage therapy, and personalised native New Zealand balms, creams, and tonics — all tailored to your individual needs.

Depending on your needs and the outcomes we're working towards, the use of therapeutic topical products—such as poultices—may be recommended. In these cases, we kindly ask for a koha to help cover the time and care involved in harvesting and preparing our Wai Rākau (herbal poultices and remedies).
