Māwhiti Ora

Description

KIA ORA, KIAORANA!! Māwhiti Ora is a whānau initiative uplifted by the power of Rongoā Māori, our traditional Indigenous health and safety practices.

We provide a safe and confidential space for whitiwhiti kōrero (safe and empowering conversation).  We practice traditional mirimiri ( stimulation and invigoration of the senses), knowledge of kai pai (high vibration food), wairākau (plant based tonics) and whatu kakahū (traditional weaving techniques) to remove stress and toxic energy and to navigate through trauma and pain.

With over 20 years of bodywork experience, and 10 years of supporting whānau working through mental illness and addiction issues, please be assured you are in safe hands at Māwhiti Ora.
Please feel free to contact us at mawhitiora@gmail.com
