Kia ora my name is Moana Nepia and I'm the owner/operator of Moana Mirimiri & Rongoa Māori. I have been working with whānau across Flaxmere, Hastings and Napier for the past 7 years offering healing through mirimiri, rongoa and more. Based in Hastings, I'm able to support both injury and sensitive claims. Alongside mirimiri and rongoa I also offer cupping, reflexology, recovery support, wairakau, poultice and handmade native oils and balms. Our rongoa Māori services are available to all who need assistance with their mental, physical and spiritual healing, overall wellbeing and rehabilitation. Contact ACC and request Rongoa Māori with Moana Mirimiri & Rongoa Māori as part of your treatment plan. My vendor number is VBK939. Once ACC have confirmed your approval I will contact you and we will organise some bookings.

There is a surcharge of $25 per treatment for an hour session. Payment can be made either in cash or through bank transfer.

It's culturally grounded care that weaves tikanga Māori, mātauranga Māori, te reo Māori, and te ao Māori through all aspects of the service. We respect that these aspects embrace ngā taonga tuku iho (intergenerational gifts and knowledge handed down from tupuna Māori). We see rongoā Māori in the wider context of traditional Māori healing methodologies. ACC don't consider healing techniques from non-Māori cultural traditions, such as reiki or hyperbaric oxygen treatment, part of rongoā Māori. Even if they're provided by rongoā Māori practitioners.
