Our caregivers provide specialist support that enables our clients to stay safe in the comfort of their own environment as well as to people living in independent apartments or residential housing to help prevent (or prolong) the admission to a secure dementia unit.

Individualised funding allows people living with a disability to have more choice and flexibility in how they are supported. This funding model gives you the option to choose who provides your support and how and when you use it.

We work collaboratively with your GP, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists and other health professionals to help you regain your independence in a fast, safe and supportive manner.

• helping out around the home with cleaning, cooking and meal preparation
