Description

Welcome to Geneva Wellbeing, where your journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life begins.

Life doesn’t always go to plan. Injury, illness, stress, and major life changes can reshape what health and wellbeing mean. At Geneva Wellbeing, we understand that progress looks different for everyone.

Whether you’re bouncing back from injury, adapting to a new normal, or taking steps to stay well every day, we’re here to walk alongside you.

At Geneva Wellbeing, we bring together expert support across physical rehabilitation, mental health, addiction, and workplace wellbeing, with genuine care and personalised plans that fit your life, and the life of your employees. As part of the New Zealand Health Group, we’ve aligned the strengths of several complementary brands - Geneva Wellness and Rehabilitation, Geneva Work Solutions, Umbrella, Explore Psychology and Wellbeing, and addiction support services - under one integrated approach. While these services have previously operated independently, we’ve brought them together under Geneva Wellbeing, ensuring seamless, coordinated care and enhanced outcomes for individuals, workplaces, and communities alike.

In the workplace, we help organisations care for their people by preventing issues from arising, building mental resilience, and supporting recovery when needed. We deliver real results through evidence-based programs, coaching, and rehabilitation.

Our approach is personal and practical. We build plans that fit around your life, or your business goals, not the other way around.

Whether you’re in our clinics, at work, or at home, our team will be there every step of the way.

At Geneva Wellbeing we focus on progress, whether that’s prevention, complete recovery, or adapting to a new reality when needed. Because wellbeing isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about making real progress, one step at a time.

Geneva Wellbeing – Moving your health and life forward.
