Headway | Brain Injury Auckland provides an essential service to anyone struggling with their concussion or brain injury.
Through our peer support, navigation and education services we are able to:
- Support and guide those with a brain injury on their journey from diagnosis to reintegration to help them accept a different reality and make the most of their abilities
- Support and inform families, friends and employers of people affected by a brain injury so they are better equipped to help
- Highlight and facilitate access to support, services and activities that are available to those affected by brain injury
- Promote community awareness of brain injury and its effects and encourage community support.
