Description
We are a primary healthcare provider that offers a range of community health services to our Pasifika people in the Counties Manukau region. We aim to empower our whānau, enabling them to be confident and resourceful in their health and wellbeing. Our programmes cater to all members of the whānau from newborn to adult.

Programmes are specifically designed for the following age groups: newborns/pre-school, children, youth, adults and elderly. Rheumatic Fever Education services are focussed on improving awareness, understanding and prevention of this disease among the Pacific community. Our staff are multi-lingual. Our Resilient Young People Service aims to increase levels of physical activity and improve nutrition in our youth. This is FREE to young people aged 5-25 years. Click here for more information.
