Description
We are a primary healthcare provider that offers a range of community health services to our Pasifika people in the Counties Manukau region. We aim to empower our whānau, enabling them to be confident and resourceful in their health and wellbeing. Our programmes cater to all members of the whānau from newborn to adult.

Rheumatic Fever Education services are focussed on improving awareness, understanding and prevention of this disease among the Pacific community. Our staff are multi-lingual.
