FLU Vaccinations

• people with underlying health conditions including heart disease, cancer, diabetes and serious asthma

Covid-19 vaccines can be administered before, after, or at the same time as other national schedule vaccines. When the Nuvaxovid vaccine is given at the same time as the Shingrix shingles vaccine or the Fluad Quad flu vaccine, there may be a chance of experiencing a stronger post-vaccination response and you should discuss this with your vaccinator.

COVID-19 Bivalent Vaccine
From 1st March 2023, the Pfizer BA.4/5 COVID-19 Bivalent vaccine replace the original Pfizer Booster.  Anyone who is currently eligible to receive a first or second booster will now receive the Pfizer Bivalent vaccine.

From 1st April 2023, an additional Booster dose will be made available to:

• anyone aged 30 and over who has completed their primary course (2 doses) as long as it has been at least 6 months since their last COVID-19 Booster or positive COVID-19 test.
• anyone (aged 16 to 29 years) at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19 who has completed their primary course (2 doses), as long as it's been at least 6 months since their last COVID-19 Booster or positive COVID-19 test.
