Description

The Louise Nicholas Trust and her National Sexual Violence Survivor Advocate team provide support and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence and help navigate the court process.

They help:

survivors navigate New Zealand's complicated court system, when survivors feel vulnerable and hurt
influence and change the system through legislation and government policy, and by changing community attitudes.

Louise and her team are trusted, neutral, fearless people who work independently alongside Police and the courts throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. They are funded by the Ministry of Social Development.
