Our vision is to inspire people to live well with dementia. As a key player in the dementia journey, Dementia Lakes supports people with dementia and their family/whanau through a range of services across the Lakes region.
We believe that with the most up to date support programmes, improved environments, and connections to community, people affected by dementia can continue to live an enriching and enjoyable life.

Public Holidays: Closed on all public holidays.
- Home visiting
Our Support Coordinators are available to visit clients and family/whanau in their homes and they can follow up with regular phone calls, and/or emails or letters.
Family / whanau
We offer support to all families and carers who require it and assist them to live well with dementia.
We provide advocacy for people living with dementia and their carers as they navigate an ever increasingly complex health system.
We also offer a range of education programmes for clients and carers.
No fees apply.
