Brief Interventions (Counselling)
Service types: Counselling.
Our brief intervention service is private and confidential and is an opportunity for whānau and our counsellors to work together, explore and develop personal strengths, so they can find their own solutions to issues they may be facing.
We offer sessions for our adult whānau (20+ years) and our youth (10-19 years). Our service supports mild-to-moderate issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, phobias, and more.
Referrals for adults (20+ years) must be from the GP. For youth (10-19years) you can self-refer, whānau, schools, other organisations, your GP can refer.
