Healthvision have been providing specialist healthcare in the community since 1998.

By combining services from our home support, community nursing and rehabilitation teams, Healthvision have the opportunity to deliver better and more efficient healthcare, which results in better client outcomes. We have positioned ourselves to provide a more integrated care approach so clients can maximise their wellbeing and independence.

We are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day lives of others. We work closely with our clients, their family and whānau, to best understand and support their needs; whether short or long term, 24 hours per day to a few hours per week.

Our service expertise also includes complex health challenges such as:

  • The Ministry of Health Disability Support for individuals less than 65 years of age
  • Individualised funded clients
  • Ministry of Health Enabling Good Lives
  • Counties Manukau District Health Board
  • Northland District Health Board
  • Privately funded clients

Our partnership approach with health practitioners delivers better services to the client. We offer practice nurse training programmes and share latest best-practice information and care innovations.
