Whānau Ora

A service aimed at supporting individuals and families / tamariki, rangatahi, kaumātua, whānau with illness or disability. Individual health plans are developed and implemented, with the aim of improving health, independence and quality of life. We provide:

• Mental health education and support
• Health and fitness activities and education
• Wae wae clinics
• Mirimiri
• Smoking cessation
• Crisis intervention
• Advocacy and referrals
• Transport and mobility services
• Cultural support

How to Access:
Referral from health and social service providers/whānau/self-referral.
