Description
We provide holistic specialist palliative care and lead awareness and education about hospice in our community.
We have a team of Palliative Care Nurses, Family /whānau support and a Te Tumu Manaaki (cultural advisor), supported by a small administration team and volunteer group.

Our nursing team are available on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help support and care for you and your loved ones by phoning our 0800 number or our landline 09 407 7799.
