Lifewise Disability Services includes supporting people who have chosen Individualised Funding. Please contact us if you want to know more about this service.

• Younger Persons with Physical Disabilities

Lifewise also supports people with disabilities aged under 65 years old, who live within the Auckland Hospital catchment area. Our Community Support Workers go into people's homes and assist them with personal care, housework and laundry, shopping, meal preparation and medication as needed. Access to this service is via an assessment with Taikura Trust.
