We are accepting walk in's for vaccinations however, 5-11yrs by appointment only  

The entrance can be easily missed. We are next to Bunnings and have flags at the gate 

 

Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is an important step you can take to protect yourself, your kaumātua and whānau from the effects of the virus. For more information on the COVID-19 vaccines and eligibility visit Ministry of Health - COVID-19 vaccines

The majority of routine vaccinations can now be administered before, after, or at the same time as your COVID-19 vaccinations. The exception to this is the Zostavax (shingles) vaccine where a 7-day gap before or after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 is advised. If you have any questions, please discuss with your health provider.

My Vaccine Pass - get in person

Our service can help you request and print a My Vaccine Pass for free. Bring your NHI number if you can when you visit. You do not need to have ID or an email address. You will be asked some personal details so you can be found in the system.

Covid-19 testing

Not provided

This practice is not currently providing COVID-19 testing. Please refer to a list of other testing services available.

If this is a second or third dose after any Pfizer vaccine doses, a script and consent is required from your GP.

 

Children ages 5 - 11: We will start vaccinations for this age group on the 25 January. Booking only. Please book at https://bookmyvaccine.covid19.health.nz/

5-11yrs  vaccinations are by appointment only. We are accepting walk in's for over 12yrs vaccinations and boosters. Bookings will be prioritised.

Public Holidays: Closed Waitangi Day (Observed 7/2/22) (7 Feb), Easter Sunday (17 Apr), Easter Monday (18 Apr), ANZAC Day (25 Apr), Queen's Birthday (6 Jun), Matariki (24 Jun). Open Good Friday (15 Apr), Labour Day (24 Oct, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM), Canterbury Anniversary (11 Nov, 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM).
