The AstraZeneca vaccine is only available at the location: 38 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, on Mondays. This service is available by appointment only. 

Walk-ins are welcome at all our sites for the Pfizer vaccine.

My Vaccine Pass - get in person

Our service can help you request and print a My Vaccine Pass for free. Bring your NHI number if you can when you visit. You do not need to have ID or an email address. You will be asked some personal details so you can be found in the system.

The My Vaccine Pass service is available at PN Central.
