Description
The PINC & STEEL Cancer Rehabilitation Foundation NZ is a registered charitable trust working to improve the quality of life of women and men affected by cancer. Our mission is to inspire and allow anyone with cancer the opportunity to rehabilitate and regain their strength and confidence, and to incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. Our goal is to actively support thousands of New Zealanders to move over cancer this year.
Every year we help fund over 1,000 cancer patients (both men and women) through our certified oncology physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes including:
- Pinc (for women)
- Steel (for men)
- Girls and Boys
- Next Steps – 10 week group programme for women and men recovering from cancer treatment
- PaddleOn – 4 week stand up paddle board programme for men and women recovering from cancer treatment.
We have over 90 certified Pinc & Steel trained physiotherapy clinics across New Zealand (and networks in Australia, UK, Ireland and South Africa).
