Raukura Hauora o Tainui is an incorporated iwi charitable trust founded in 1991 on the aspirations of Kingi Tawhiao, the dream of Princess Te Puea Herangi and legacy of Te Arikinui Te Atairangikaahu to reclaim the health and wellbeing of the Tainui people. Today Raukura Hauora O Tainui continues to pursue this aspiration delivering health services to the people of the Waikato and Taamaki regions.
To deliver quality kaupapa Maaori health and wellbeing services to all people living in the rohe of Tainui waka so that they are empowered and able to thrive and prosper.
Raukura Hauora O Tainui offers a range of community health services providing a selection of quality healthcare programmes for all our individuals or whaanau at FREE or low and affordable costs.
We have a strong workforce of qualified and trained staff who are committed to support you in making better health choices to improve your own health and wellbeing in a culturally and supportive manner.
